Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
No commute. No waiting room. Real support from anywhere in North Carolina.
Book Your Free ConsultationWhy Teletherapy Works
Teletherapy isn't a compromise — it's often the better choice. Here's why so many of my clients prefer it.
Your Comfort, Your Space
Therapy from a sensory-friendly environment you control — your lighting, your sounds, your textures. No fluorescent office lighting or scratchy waiting room chairs.
No Commute, No Waiting Room
Skip the drive and the anxiety of sitting in a waiting room. Your session starts the moment you open your laptop.
Less Masking, More You
Being in your own space means less energy spent performing for the outside world. You can show up exactly as you are.
Privacy on Your Terms
Especially valuable for LGBTQIA+ individuals in less-accepting communities — no one sees you walking into a therapist's office.
Statewide Access Across NC
94 of 100 NC counties face mental health provider shortages. Teletherapy bridges that gap — wherever you are in North Carolina, support is available.
What You Need to Get Started
You don't need any special equipment. If you can join a video call, you're ready.
Reliable internet connection
A stable broadband or Wi-Fi connection (5 Mbps or faster works great).
A private, comfortable space
Somewhere you can speak freely without interruption — your car, bedroom, or home office all work.
A device with a camera and microphone
Any modern computer, tablet, or smartphone will do.
A current web browser
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — no app download required.
What to Expect in Your First Session
We start with a free 10-minute consultation call — a low-pressure conversation to see if we're a good fit. No intake paperwork yet, just talking.
Your first full session runs 45–60 minutes over a secure video platform. We'll cover your story, what's been going on, and what you're hoping to get from therapy. I'll ask questions, but there's no script — we go at your pace.
It's completely okay to feel nervous. Most people do. By the end of the first session, my goal is for you to feel heard and to have a clearer sense of what our work together might look like.
